Your primary role is to support the enterprise application in document delivery domain.
This enterprise application provides a unified infrastructure for delivery from a varied set of delivery interfaces to a range of destinations. Its components work together to ensure that documents are delivered accurately and reliably.
The Level3 team works in two shifts (7:00-16:00 and 13:00-22:00 IST, no night shift), 15x5, Monday to Friday, provides resolution/workaround to the customer issues. The team is available on-call for any critical customer escalations.
As part of the Level3 team, you will be interacting frequently with Level1/Level2 support teams located in Americas, Europe & Asiapacific and also with the R&D team. The job responsibilities include troubleshooting the customer issues, problem simulation, root cause analysis, proactive problem management, defect detection and confirmation, source code analysis, core dump analysis, network trace analysis, emergency debug builds, testing, performance tuning, Shell and Perl scripting, implementation and customization.
