To transcribe and review client documents as per the standards laid down by the client.
Listening to business Audio/wave sound files (General, business) and/or scanned documents like letter of proposal, NED (non executive director) profiles, confidential reports (sound file), management appraisal reports, drop in notes/cvs, meeting notes and other documents not related to template sent from global offices
Transcribing these sound files/documents to word documents & power point presentations as per the templates and standards provided by the client.
Creating CR shells from resume.
Formatting/ Editing the transcribed files
Checking for quality files transcribed by other transcription team members
Adhering to set quality standards with a minimum turn around time based on high priority (8 hrs), normal(16 hrs) , Medium (24 hrs) low priority (40 hrs) cases.
Consistently performing at an accuracy level of 98% & above
